Built the agent that audited Best Egg’s whole design system and directed the remediation: 86% fewer button variants, and the component picker cut 66%.

Turned a loan decline into a second offer instead of a dead end. A 0→1 feature across two secured products shipping on separate release cadences.

Closed the loop after document upload: applicants can see their status instead of calling to ask. Verification rate is 71% against 61% for control in a live A/B test.
Refinance offers on native mobile
Put a refinance offer in the Best Egg app for customers who qualify for a lower rate, in place of a generic invitation to apply for another loan. Live for every customer since September 2026.
Staking v0.1
Put pool capacity, reward rate and eligibility next to the stake action, so nobody had to leave the page to decide.
